The staff was great. We were running late because of holiday traffic and parking. The staff answered my call about running late and took us in right when we arrived.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Firebirds. The food was delicious, and the serving sizes were really good. The price point was very doable. Our server MICHELLE was AMAZING!! She was able to recommend dishes, she was very patient with my indecisive husband, and she was very intuitive. She knew what we needed before we even asked for it. She staggered the arrival of our food so that nothing sat and got cold while we were eating another course. I will definitely be back!!!

My experience at 2941 was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and I dined there for her birthday, and we both ordered from the prix fixe menu. When we got there they gave us custom menus with her name on it, which I thought was pretty cool. I have a very severe nut allergy, and our server, I believe his name was Mike Z, took every precaution possible to ensure I was safe to eat there. The food was truly delicious also. I’m not much of a foodie, but everything we had was so good. We ordered the braised short ribs, and they fell apart in our mouths. Plus, we received two complimentary desserts on account of her birthday, and those were phenomenal as well. The service was outstanding, and though it wasn’t a cheap evening, it was manageable at the end of the night. I’ve paid much more for less food at restaurants in Ohio, so to get the quality of food and the beautiful setting at 2941 for less than I paid for at other places was a treat. When we were ready to leave, we asked for directions to the parking garage, and the hostess personally accompanied us to show us how to get to our car. The service was just wonderful all around. I’ll definitely be going back at some point!

We went on a quieter night to the restaurant. The food was great but the service was subpar. When we walked in no one was manning the host stand, we stood there for 7 minutes as servers passed by but no one came to greet until my partner went to the bar to ask the bartender if we could receive some service. Only after the bartender went to fetch someone did a host appear from the back of the restaurant to seat us. We were seated in a section that was completely empty away from where everyone else was seated- I'm not sure if that was on purpose or not but it felt isolating when there were open tables in the other section. Our waitress also took a while to greet us at our table with water. Overall we were expecting faster service for how busy the restaurant was at the time, especially since we've been there before and received exceptional service.
