Our server, Kim V., was amazing and truly cared about our experience. She made my son's 11th birthday celebration extra special and attended to our every need and more. We felt her warmth, joy, and love for people and what she does. She truly lives the HRC mission, "Love All, Serve All," and I love that. It is unusual these days to find someone like Kim V., whether in the workplace or otherwise and she deserves a huge shout out. Keep up the good work, Kim, and thank you for making our day extra awesome! The food was yummy and we love the whole HRC experience.

Service was excellent. It was a Tuesday night and the wine tasting area was full. Dinner service was amazing. Rhonda was efficient, funny, and on top of her game. We go often as we are members but she definitely made it more enjoyable, memorable enough to make me write this review. (:

Pedro was our server and SUPER attentive. He anticipated our needs and was available with what we needed before we even had an opportunity to ask. Donny runs a tight ship and commands an excellent staff. The food was delicious and plentiful. Everything to recommend.

At whatever level of the market you serve, longevity is achieved through consistency of both the product and the experience. If I could choose only two words to describe our experiences at Eddie V's, Orlando, over the past five years, they would be "Consistent Excellence". Since meeting and partnering with Thomas Costello on a project years ago, your Orlando location has become my family's de facto choice to celebrate our special occasions. The point I wish to impress is that while there are many great choices in our market today, I fail to see any other establishment deliver true excellence, consistently, every time, running on 5+ years. We have come to know what to expect, and Thomas' team delivers each and every time. I feel comfortable and confident sending clients to dine, knowing they'll have the same experience awaiting them.
