We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK. Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too. Please ask at the bar for more details on arrivalLocated on the ground floor directly off main reception Faradays offers a lunch menu from midday, and ala carte dinner menu alongside a selection of daily specials served each evening from 5.30pm to 9.15pm, which enables our of brigade of Chefs the opportunity to showcase their talents. The bar opens at midday and serves until 11pm after which time guests will be required to show proof of residency to obtain service. Bar closing time is at the discretion of the hotel management team each night. The patio overlooking the Waterfront provides panoramic views of the canal basin and should the weather turn inclement then you can still enjoy the outdoors in one of our new dining pods.

Food was cooked amazingly. I can’t recommend the mussels starter enough. These were by far, the firm favourite. Plenty of options for Greek cuisine so nice to have something different. Attended to celebrate my father in laws birthday and they surprised us with a massive cheesecake - that was also amazing and free! House wine was beautiful (red wine). Prob grab a few bottles off Amazon. Def would visit again!!

Love this cafe, the decor is lovely and gives a very chilled vibe. The pastries are out of this world and the Vietnamese food menu is delicious! I will definitely be coming again
