Within the beautiful setting of Terme di Saturnia Natural Destination, a country restaurant serving traditional Tuscan and Maremma cuisine, located just a few kilometres from the villages of Saturnia, Montemerano and Manciano, with a view of the suggestive Terme di Saturnia golf course and the surrounding countryside. The typical farmhouse surrounded by greenery retains the charm of the past with a modern touch, and welcomes guests with a culinary experience that celebrates the flavours of the region.

In the square of the village of Saturnia in Tuscany, a few kilometers from the famous naturals hotsprings, the natural wine and organic EVO olive oil of Fattoria La Maliosa meet the agricultural cuisine of the Maremma tradition. Thanks to the collaboration with small local producers, we tell the story of the territory with our food and wine proposals, prepared with quality raw materials and at km0. Our chef Francesca takes care of the dishes down to the smallest detail, from preparation to plating, enriching them with aromatic herbs and edible flowers, picked every day from her garden. To complete the dishes, the Aurinia organic EVO olive oil, winner of the Gambero Rosso Three Leaves, enhances each course.

    A wonderful experience and a lovely complement to our stay in Tuscany. This style of dining brings “the best of both” - the casual, communal, and social dimension of having friends over for dinner, but with the elevated authenticity of a Tuscan food culture. The team here are friendly, warm, and the food was exquisite. We opted for the bistecca upgrade and it was superb! Don’t miss an opportunity to nab a table here.

    Sono tornato alle Terme di Saturnia e nell'altro soggiorno ero stato alla Stellata, questa volta la stellata era al completo e ho deciso di provare il ristorante principale sulla piscina. Nulla da eccepire, cucina diversa dalla stellata ma anche qui ho trovato piatti toscani e di gusto. Il posto è meraviglioso appena ristrutturato, se proprio devo trovare qualcosa era un pò caldo visto la giornata. Prezzi in linea con l'intero resort ma devo dire che ho mangiato un trancio di spigola ed era veramente buona. Promossi a pieni voti
