Best restaurants near me in Surrey, Canada

I ordered the top sirloin and asked for medium/rare and they cooked it to med/well. I didn’t send it back to the kitchen as I was hungry and didn’t want to sit there and watch my family eat while I waited. The steak was tasty which was another reason why I keep it. Was disappointed as I like to eat my steak cooked correctly.

We had a nice experience, samples new menu items and our regular server as well as a new team member who was excellent. The restaurant was fun and pleasant and great value, hope to return soon.

We had the best dining experience for my mother’s 90th birthday. Our waiter was excellent both knowledgeable and entertaining. We have been going for the last 15 years every Dec 16th (or the closest open date). Last year my mother was not that impressed and was a toss up if we were going back. We made the decision to return and it was the best decision. We had a small room with one other occupied table. Our waiter was wonderful and made the experience for my 90 year old mother one to remember. She is talking g about going back next year. We love the Caesar Salad prepared table side. The tenderloin was exceptional. The rack of lamb was done to perfection my only negative is the vegetables. All 4 of us left the Brussel sprouts. We have a not nice name for them. This is the first restaurant that I have been served them. That was the only negative if you can call it that of our whole evening. We did make some jokes with the server about them. I would recommend The Old Surrey Inn for a great dining experience with a touch a French fine dining.

As usual it was exactly what you expect when you go to The Keg. What made the night for us was that we had one of the best servers wait on us - she was a rock star. She recommended the Kansas Cut for my husband - he loved it. She was attentive but not hovering, and just a lovely addition to the whole evening. It’s not often a server can make the experience better but she did that.

6 of us had lunch easy to hear one another waitress excellent beautiful outside view. Great Place to eat. We figure its the best in Surrey
