Loved the ambiance. Food was quality. Servers were delightful. The cons- took 45 minutes after being seated at 5:15 to be greeted by our server. We sat for 2 hours for what should have been an hour-long meal. My tofu lettuce wrap was skimpy— one thin 4” piece of tofu per wrap. Salmon is farmed.

Fantastic in all regards. The entire meal was perfect from the service to the wine suggestions to the food. Absolutely stunning room and the staff is very friendly, but very professional. You can tell they have good management. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Highly Recommend eating here if the price point works

A family holiday meal out that did not disappoint! The customer service is the difference maker. We were very well taken care of, and all staff was excellent. We especially liked our server, Rock. 

Lovely place to eat. Food is tasty and varied. Good quality. Not on the cheaper side of things, but it’s more than value for money. Alan was a particularly good addiction to the experience. His knowledge of wine and food was a very welcome addition to the experience. Highly recommend.

The food at Brickworks really surprised us! It was the most delicious meal we have had in a restaurant in a long time. I would highly recommend the bison, lamb, or duck. The selection of beers on tap was also a plus. A trip to Whistler wouldn't be complete without a meal here!
