Enjoyed a wonderful Christmas lunch at the newly opened Black Hide Queens Wharf. In short, the lunch we enjoyed was simply right up there as the very best. It wasn’t just the delicious food selection, and how it was cooked, or the impeccable service received, or the festive decorations, but the whole experience which truly captured the spirit of Christmas for us. From the second we entered, until the moment of leaving, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Even the Christmas carollers were wonderful touch!! Thank you very much to all the staff at Black Hide. Happy New Year, and you’ll definitely see us dining with you again.

Great experience visiting after long closure! Menu is vastly improved with more options and prices are higher, however quality is excellent! Could use some soft furnishings in fit out as very noisey, not sure on new style. Overall great time!

Yesterday’s lunch was once again fabulous, food, table and Staff excellent. I do wish to thank the Bar staff (especially the lovely woman) who was so kind to our 3 year old Grandson when he gave her the ticket for his drink. She took time to talk to him & made him feel special. With Staff like you have, it’s no wonder we keep returning. Harvey's is a great venue - the food is always delicious, the staff look after all of their patrons with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. It is a delight to visit.

Worth the visit, choose between indoor restaurant seating with views over main street or cute beer garden style, live acoustic music, good burgers and chips and friendly service.
