Restaurants à Rosa Glen

We were a group of 8 and chose the chef's selection. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious and varied.

Entree of Pate with Yorkshire puddings was excellent but pate knives were wooden and not really useful. Glassware was fabulous and drinks were local and reasonably priced, however, we went there for the steaks. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. We chose the dry aged rump cap to share and had two separate sauces. It was fairly tasty but somewhat chewy (not tender and delicious) and definitely drier. My husband’s pepper sauce was sweet and had very few peppercorns in it, which led us to think that they may have been made from a premixed powder. Service was very slow to start and the staff looked to be under pressure to keep up. Just one more waiter would have made a big difference. Overall, we would have to rate our visit a 3.5

We had a lovely anniversary dinner. Our table was tucked away nicely, the staff were super friendly & attentive & the food was really good.

We had a lovely afternoon, service was great food was great and enjoyed surroundings.

I had the salad bowl. Beautiful combination of tastes. The dressing was sensational
