All restaurants should strive for the balance that Shelter effortlessly achieves. Incredible flavours, inventive menu, knowledgeable and friendly staff and a fantastic ambience.

This is one of my favourite restaurants of all time! The food and service is excellent, the wine is paired perfectly and the ambience is superb. I highly recommend everyone tries The Mez at least once in their lives.

Great date night spot on the patio! Food was great and our server was awesome. The calamari and the chicken are must-try’s.

The jewel in the crown of all the pubs in Clarence Valley. Our food, the service & a delightful location on the banks of river sets the scene for a lovely lunch. Special note to the chef - the burrata, tomatoes with Turkish bread on a hot summer day was something special!
