- CCraigVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoThis fine restaurant has lost a little of its "edge," as it undergoes renovations. Much of the allure of the place was the wonderful ambience and views inside the dining room. The relocation of the dining area during renovations has eliminated much of that. It also seems to have taxed the service staff, who were slower than usual. The presence of a band, although a nice touch in some venues, seemed a little out of place in a fine dining establishment and was loud enough that it interfered with quiet dinner conversation.More infoPacific's EdgePrice: Very Expensive• American• Carmel•4.5

For sure recommend the bread service, I will be coming back for sure!More infoCasanova Restaurant CarmelPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Carmel•4.6

The mains weren’t as good as the apps, but still yummy. Service was perfect. Very memorable Big Sur experience though pricey.More infoThe Sur HousePrice: Very Expensive• Californian• Big Sur•4.5
- ANAudreyNTahoe / Reno Area •1 review5.0Dined on Mar 9, 2020Chef quality preparation, interesting menu, lots of fresh local produce. Very reasonable breakfast and lunch prices, dinner is fancier BUT you can make a less expensive meal of the small plates (I loved the generous steak skewers with chimichuri sauce!) or visit during happy hour!More infoHomestead Restaurant at Big Sur LodgePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Big Sur•4.1
