Another wonderful meal and outstanding service, would highly recommend!

Kevin made our dining experience enjoyable. All the staff at pimento were amazing! What ever we asked for, Kevin made it happen without any issues. The mushroom pasta was amazing, the steak for two was average (a lot of fat) and the pizza was tasty although the middle comes doughy (but I enjoyed the flavour).

Our meal was delicious. Fresh, vibrant and robust flavours. I had never been to Nosara before and noticed a guy in the restaurant who seemed to be very friendly, joy-full and chatty. I asked him what he knew about the area in general and he turned out to be on of the owners of the restaurant and hotel ! He offered us a tour and great hospitality. The entire meal and visit to Nosara certainly gave us a great impression of Nosara and Sandero kitchen & hotel.

Amazing food experience lead by a great chef. Food quality, history, complete with great story telling and presentation. A restaurant and meal not to be missed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Le Stelle Restaurant and Wine Bar. The food was exceptional, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the wine selection was outstanding. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the owners were gracious hosts who made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended! - Michael Flutie
