If the prices were a little lower, you could do much more lunch business.More infoState of GracePrice: Expensive• Regional American (Contemporary Southern)• River Oaks•4.8

This location was everything we expected and more! Our waiter, Torron, was very helpful and friendly. The manager made us feel important by coming to our table to visit and make sure we were taken care of.More infoEddie V's - West AvePrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• River Oaks•4.9
- TTramHouston •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoMy 2 girlfriends & I had an amazing dinner experience. It was our first time dining at Makiin. The minute we walked in the door, the atmosphere felt warm & inviting— beautifully decorated. To start, we all ordered some mango cocktails, as recommended by our friendly & courteous waitress (Nan), which was very delicious. We then ordered 3 appetizers (papaya salad, fried dumplings & some other fried flat bread (?), 3 main dishes (shrimp drunken noodles, pumpkin & chicken curry, and mussels) to share, along with a sweet rice & mango dessert. The pumpkin & chicken curry and shrimp drunken noodles were the 2 star dishes for us. We plan to return.More infoMaKiinPrice: Very Expensive• Thai• Upper Kirby / Shepherd Corridor•4.5
