Pour le déjeuner, il vous propose un déjeuner continental ou un déjeuner anglais complet. Le déjeuner à partir de 24 GBP pour 2 services et à 28 GBP pour 3 services sont populaires comme le sont les plats du jour et les dîners variés du menu à la carte. Les clients de l' après-midi apprécient fumer le cigare et prendre le thé sur l’une des tables à l'extérieur. Pour ceux qui vont au théâtre, arrivez à partir de 17h30 pour profiter du menu théâtre qui vous est proposé au même prix que le dîner. Le menu à la carte pour le souper a de tout pour satisfaire tous les palais, avec des salades, viandes et poissons grillés, ainsi que des pâtes. La magnifique salle à manger privée du restaurant Franco’s peut se diviser en deux pièces séparées pouvant accueillir 34 personnes sur une longue table, 55 personnes à l'étage inférieur ou 16 personnes dans la cave à vin.
