The cooking classes are fun and the food and drinks (non-alcoholic) served during the class give you a wide variety of taste of Mayan food and drink. The class is just the right mix of interactive cooking and eating food prepared by the chef. The staff at this restaurant are the nicest people you will ever meet. We had ceviche, which was out of this world. It was fresh and flavorful. We both then had their surf and turf. The lobster tail was a nice size and the filet was tender and cooked to the right temp. We couldn't fit dessert, but they had some nice options. The sexy coffee is a must try to end your meal. Also, they want you to buy shots and photos so expect to spend an extra $50 if you choose that. Cokes come in a souvenir cup that we weren’t aware of.
