We've eaten at almost every restaurant on St. Croix, and very few come close to AmA's quality of food, and service. Chef Phillip, and Chef Anthony are some of the most talented chefs I've ever had the pleasure of dining with. Our Server Jada was beyond nice, and was very knowledgeable of the way the food was prepared and sourced. The tuna tartar appetizer special was outstanding as was the lobster ceviche which came with some very nicely done root chips.
