- YYvonnePhiladelphia County •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoFrom the moment we entered to the moment we left, it was excellent. Being used to the east coast restaurant scene, we are tough to please and haven't found a place in Colorado Springs that has wowed us. Cowboy Star did. Our server JOSH was top notch. His wine knowledge was superb. Although it's more of a steak forward menu, we had two different seafood options that were delicious. It's a bit pricey. But, we will visit again for sure. We found some WOW in Colorado Springs.More infoCowboy Star - Colorado SpringsPrice: Very Expensive• American• Colorado Springs•4.9

Discover Woodland Park
Amid the snow and ski lodges sits a little town called Woodland Park, where classic American meals are some of the most prevalent dishes ordered. Nestled between the mountain views and western-style buildings are bistros where you can dress up if you like, but it is not required for ordering delicacies like stuffed dates and bacon-wrapped pineapple. When you want to feel cozy and warm, there are plenty of comfort food stops with bacon made how you want. Japanese food like chicken teriyaki or peanut chicken are surprising options in this quaint area. Several breweries provide craft beers to local bars, nightclubs and restaurants. For those that want an unorthodox meal choice, Mexican burritos and nachos pair well with local beers.
