The only comment about improvement is the temperature of the meal upon receipt in regards mains.

We hadn't been to Coombes for a while - but it was as good as it ever was. The service, the food, the drinks were all wonderful. Some of our table had the 3 courses and some had the 2 courses, but either way everyone loved their food. The peach melba desert being an absolute hands down winner from all of us. I also had the beef rib and it was amazing. The guys who had Barramundi loved it. Its also great having a mid range choice of wine and high end options, it makes the entire meal cost easier - so well done. However and we've had this before - I love that you put people against the window, its lovely it feels more private for the table, and views, however I'm always freezing. I wanted to move but one of our party finds that a very uncomfortable thing to do, so I was left freezing on my left side only to find out later, so was my husband (on his right side as he was opposite). I remembered this from another time, and thats why we used to request NOT to sit against the window. (but I didn't remember until we were already been there a little while). I have no doubt that we could have moved, so this isn't Coombes fault, but I wish they could fix this aircon situation.

We chose the Express mid-week lunch. Great food and service in a wonderful setting at a very reasonable price.

Great coffee and best toastie going around. Super nice staff who really look like they enjoy their jobs.

Great atmosphere and service. Fantastic drinks. Only improvement may be for for the charcuterie board as you could provide better value for money. Other than that it's a great vineyard with fantastic wines.
