- MMarkVIPGreater Boston •44 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWhat a great evening! I learned about Ann Kim and Young Joni last week after watching the Chef’s Table episode on Netflix. I was traveling to Minneapolis and had to get a table. Our dinner experience was wonderful - cool restaurant, great service from friendly, professional and engaged waitstaff, all topped off by delicious output from the kitchen! So glad we went. Looking forward to our next visit.More infoYoung JoniPrice: Expensive• Pizzeria• Northeast Minneapolis•4.8

- CCarlosMinneapolis - St. Paul •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe decision to go to Billy's Sushi was random. My wife and I were at a basketball game down the street and decided it would be awesome if we made our date a little longer by having dinner at Billy's Sushi. I think it was the best decision we made. Of course, we did a reservation and then showed up minutes after they opened. We sat at the sushi bar and ordered our food. Our bottle of sake arrived and we began the dinner date. Soon after our food arrived and it looked amazing. We figured we would order 3 rolls to start off with. They were delicious!! In the words of my wife "The best sushi" she's had in a long time. She was pleased and needless to say, she was more than pleased with the food. I thoroughly enjoyed it, it was fine sushi. Each roll was well prepared and pleasing to the taste buds and palate. At the end, after having seen how I stared at a menu item, my wife decided to buy me The French Laundry. You need to look it up and if you have appreciation for good food, you would understand this. This one piece of food made me shed tears, literally. Not because it was spicy or anything as such. It was because it was such a damn good piece of food! Yes, it really was. Again, you would have to be a person who appreciates each of the ingredients put together to compose such a symphony of flavors. It was magnificent! The ambiance was great, not too loud. It was comfortable. Staff was great, accommodating and welcoming. Billy's Sushi will be added to our favorite list of places to eat at. A massive thank you to the staff and of course Billy, see you at the next TWolves game sir.More infoBilly SushiPrice: Moderate• Sushi• Downtown / North Loop•4.9
