Sit beachfront and enjoy fresh brews & food from Bondi's first commercial brewery & bar. Locally owned and operated, we ensure that every brew you drink, is made onsite and is 100% preservative free and made with love.
We take our food just as seriously as we take our beer. Our menu is inspired by classic coastal pub favourites, all made with the best ingredients (all meat sourced from local butcher, Field to Fork) available and paired to our beers. Whether you're in the mood for a tasty burger or a light, refreshing salad, we've got you covered...
Not into beer, no probs - we also have a selection of mostly aussie independent wines, spirits and cocktails.
We have 50 seats in our outdoor area with beach views and a further 100 seats available inside if you want to escape the heat with some cool air. We also have plenty of weekly food deals on and a daily happy hr on weekdays between 4-6pm.

Every Bill Granger’s restaurant reflects the spirit we like to think of as ‘Australian’: sunny, easy-going and generous.
Bill opened his first restaurant in Sydney’s Darlinghurst in 1993. It soon became loved for its legendary breakfasts, served at the famous central communal table, where locals and travellers, families and friends, continue to be welcomed. Fish Shop is a casual restaurant with a great atmosphere. Showcasing fresh and sustainable seafood, salads and vegetable dishes, alongside natural wine and cocktails. Starters include daily crudo, coral trout tostada's and prawn cigar's and, the famed grilled calamari with fermented chili, garlic oil and sourdough is always a winner. Mains include classic grilled fish and condiments, seafood pasta, and a daily whole fish.
