Coquitlam / Port Coquitlam Restaurants

Our experience overall was much better than other restaurants that fit in a similar category as the keg. We all ordered the same entrée and they were all exactly the same as far as quality.Where as in other restaurants, we order the same entree and only one will be satisfactory and the others will go from bad to worse. The service was above exceptional, our waitress displayed a perfect balance of genuine interaction at the same time maintaining respect for our personal space....this is a very rare quality not often encountered or appreciated enough. Our food was well balanced in flavor and everything was seasoned properly. The food arrived promptly and was hot upon arrival. The only thing I would critique is the price for the salmon entrée, at 40.00 I assumed it was wild caught but after inquiring found out it was farmed which should be priced lower. Otherwise the ambiance, service and quality of the food is above all other similar establishments we've tried so far.

My wife and I have been wanting to come here all week so we finally got in the car, drove from the US to Canada, and enjoyed a very memorable lunch with our 15 month baby! The food was amazing, I am not a huge fan of salads, but the roasted beet salad that my wife got was very well balanced, was uniquely flavorsome, and gave you a ratatouille kind of flashback moment. Not many foods have made me emotional, but getting a taste of the salad from my wife made me tear up as I was overwhelmed by how good the salad tasted. It was pure happiness. As for me, I got the 24hr Burger! This was very delicious as well. While it did not make me tear up, it did leave me super full as it was a massive burger! The truffle fries were the perfect pairing! We also shared onion rings and a sticky toffee pudding! Both were delicious while the dessert was the perfect way to end a meal. Definitely 10/10 and will definitely be coming back!

I just want to say thank you for making my girlfriend’s birthday such a special one! You guys went above and beyond with the little details that were on the table when we arrived. I appreciate all the effort so much, and we’ve all said we would come back to celebrate there again. Thank you for a wonderful experience my first time at this location! You stand out from the others more than you know. Again, thank you for all the little things that really do mean the big things. It was such a nice treat, which many places don’t do. <3
