- JJoelNew Mexico •9 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoTook my wife out to celebrate her birthday (seems several other couples doing the same). Seated even before our reservation time. Food was fabulous as usual. Shared an appetizer of crab cakes - delish and packed with crab. Wife had the duck and I had the lamb. Both dishes were perfect (we cleaned our plates). Finished with the lava cake and coffee. All in all a great evening.More infoIndigo CrowPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Albuquerque•4.7
- NNancyNew Mexico •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis is a place that I come to frequently for lunch and it is always a treat from the excellent food to the ambience and the excellent service. Today was a get together with some friends and one of the women remarked that the food reminded her of her mother's which was a huge compliment from someone who grew up eating excellent Mexican food. Our server, Lauren, was attentive, made sure we received exactly what we ordered and even took the time to joke with us. We were seated on the enclosed patio which was lovely. All in all, a wonderful experience.More infoEl PintoPrice: Moderate• Mexican / Regional American (Southwestern)• Albuquerque•4.6
- JJohannaNew Mexico •10 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoHad a delicious lunch with family. Our server Jessica was very attentive plus friendly and knowledgeable to help us find appropriate food choices. Very good menu with plenty of great sounding dishes, will need to keep coming back to try everything! The meatloaf was very tasty and nice lunch portion size. Mongolian chicken was also very good. Child menu cheese pizza was ok… was on the soft side, perhaps get the crust more toasted? Plus a bit too much sauce on it. Enjoyed the beautiful view of the Sandia mountains from our booth seating. We will all return sooner than later!More infoD.H. Lescombes Winery & Bistro - CottonwoodPrice: Moderate• Bistro• Los Ranchos•4.5
- AAyako1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThis restaurant is a hidden gem! I got there a little earlier, but I was pleasantly welcomed and lead to the table. It is cozy inside. Christina, the server person, was sweet and kind, I had the empanadas and sea bass, which she said it was fresh and best. Sure enough, the fish was fluffy, seasoned perfectly, and mind you, it was HUGE. I was actually planning to indulge myself with mouth watering dessert, but I was too full, maybe next time!More infoRestaurant Forty Nine FortyPrice: Very Expensive• American• Los Ranchos•4.5

Discover Los Ranchos
Los Ranchos might border New Mexico's most populated city, Albuquerque, but the gorgeous village has impressively maintained its independence and rural overall nature. Los Ranchos's unique style and commitment to heritage are apparent through its restaurants. As you'd expect, a sizable variety of Mexican eateries populate the village, and these establishments offer affordable and authentic dishes. Thai, Chinese, and American restaurants can also be found in the area, so most diners will be able to enjoy an appealing food type. What's more, Los Ranchos foods are cooked with locally grown vegetables and ingredients, so they offer a taste of Los Ranchos, not just a taste of the state. Visitors should save room for local specialties like stuffed sopapillas and posole.
