- OTOpenTable DinerCalifornia Central Coast •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoI am kicking myself for not going to Joseph's sooner. Back in the day I went to his restaurant in Taos, and now I will become a regular when I am in Santa Fe. The food was innovative and delicious. Our server who might have been named Kira (or something close to that) was one of the best waiters I have ever had. It was an amazing evening out top to bottom and not outrageously or gratuitously expensive. I am a new (old) fan of what Joseph is doing in the world.More infoJoseph's Culinary PubPrice: Expensive• Continental• Santa Fe•4.8

- PPaulaNew Mexico •28 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe enjoyed our first visit to Palace Prime. We were eating light, so my husband had the beef carpaccio (he raved about it, very tender and flavorful) and the crab cake (full of crab and browned on the top). I had the risotto special (cacio e pepe with truffle shavings) and a Caesar salad with Spanish anchovies. These also were very tasty and a nice-sized portion. Our server was helpful and attentive but not overly so. We enjoyed the beautiful red and gray interior, a change from the usual Santa Fe style decorating that is common here. Finally, we LOVED that the restaurant was quiet and conducive to conversation, even with a few large groups near us. The fabric-covered ceiling tiles must have helped. This all made for a lovely evening.More infoPalace PrimePrice: Expensive• American• Santa Fe•4.6

Discover Santa Fe
The Food Museum calls Santa Fe a "food and heritage community." It is a capital city that has existed since 1610, and today, it thrives on tourism with vibrant streets standing side by side and beckoning hungry visitors. A memorable experience for visitors is tasting the legendary Santa Fe green chile and the endless dishes it complements. New Mexican food isn't your typical Mexican fare. Enjoy breakfast burritos smothered in chile and sweet sopapillas with a side of honey for dessert. Borrowing from New Mexico’s wine making tradition, it's also been touted as home to one of the top 100 wines in America. The area features an abundance of festive restaurants, bars, and markets framed by gorgeous scenery.
