   Le restaurant jumeau State Bird Provisions (juste à côté), The Progress est aussi la vision des chefs-propriétaires Stuart Brioza & Nicole Krasinski, mais avec une portée plus large: un menu familiale choisissez-votre propre aventure qui illustre la cuisine Californienne contemporaine et rustique. Dîner dans la salle à manger propose un menu à 62 dollars/personne, y compris les collations et quatre grands plats choisis par chaque table et ajusté à la taille du groupe. Le bar en face est ouvert aux clients sans réservation toute la nuit et dispose d'une version à la carte du menu.
