Gastón Riveira decided to undertake this journey against all the prognosis for his country's economic situation, because he had a clear vision: he wanted to transform the typical Buenos Aires grill into, something that would stand out from the rest, but not only because of the quality of the product but for giving people a unique and unforgettable experience.
“La Cabrera is a creative space where I can express myself and look for new dishes, but also it is the place where I give myself the pleasure of not only revamping and improving but also diversifying the classic dishes that I am so passionate about”.

Every time we would go on a trip we would try to find restaurants with this concept. Not having one around pushed me to start trying different recipes and every wedding anniversary I would make my wife a Lentrecote dinner and every year the sauce got better and better. About a year ago we started selling the sauce and the more we sold it, the more it became apparent that people wanted the restaurant. The rest is not a story its happening now. Our first location located in Sunny Isles Beach is now open!
