Excellent food and service. Small place but worth the visit.

The cocktails are another highlight, well-crafted and reasonably priced for the caliber of the drinks. They provide a great complement to the food, with many options highlighting local spirits and flavors. However, one downside is the steep price for water—at $7 for a 750ml bottle, it feels a bit excessive, especially given the otherwise reasonable pricing of food and drinks. It's a minor inconvenience in an otherwise stellar dining experience. Overall, El Xolo is a must-visit for food lovers, offering a memorable fusion of history, culture, and exquisite cuisine in one beautiful, traditional setting.

It was amazing. The service was on point. The food delicious. The ambiance was just right. The mood music, the lighting, the attentive staff. The drinks and food we ordered was full of flavor and had a beautiful presentation. We will definitely be back.

Been there twice and every time the experience was 100% . I had a little translation issue and ended up ordering the wrong thing, but it was still delicious A+ to everyone who works there.
