Nice relaxed atmosphere good food massive portions

The atmosphere at Moossh was good. Place has nice buzz about it. Good food choice and the enchiladas were delicious. They also provided a non spicy version for me! Only slight issue was our waiter needed prompting several times to come to our table. She seemed more interested in chatting with other staff than interacting with customers. She’s young but clearly needs guidance on the requirements of the job. Drinks were provided promptly. Overall a very pleasant evening though

The food at The Stack is always delicious. It has become our favourite restaurant to visit as it feels special whilst also being young child friendly. We’re always hoping the kids don’t finish their Mac and cheese so that we can have a bite.

Highly recommend the Tolbooth. Went here recently for a date night with my boyfriend. The service and food were amazing. Quality of food compared to price is very good. I had the oysters to start and my partner had the shellfish bisque. For mains we had the blade of beef and I was going to have the hake but with the fish markets being all over the place I opted for the cod which came with the same accompaniments as the hake. The piece of cod and beef we received was a very good portion. Everything was delicious. For desserts we had the salted pecan cookie and the Christmas pudding both were lovely. Good portions good food good service! My only quibble is I wish there was more options for single glasses of Rose. It was nice but a little more choice would be grand. We will be back!

Always an excellent choice of interesting food, brilliantly cooked with perfect professional friendly service in comfortable surroundings. Extensive choice of accompanying wines. Fruh Kolsh as excellent choice for an alcohol free beer. Deserts are superb. A consistently great restaurant over the years.
