From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The atmosphere was elegant yet cozy—perfect for a romantic evening. The food was absolutely exquisite. Every dish was crafted with precision, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the main course and dessert, everything was flawless. The wine selection was also top-notch, pairing perfectly with our meal. What truly made the night special was the ambiance—soft lighting, a gentle rotation that gave us different views of the skyline, and impeccable service that made us feel like VIPs. It was an experience we’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a romantic dining experience, especially for a special occasion like Valentine’s Day, Sun Dial is the place to be.More infoThe Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar & ViewPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.3

The ambience is warm and inviting, the location lively, and the food delicately prepared. From young to old, there is something on the menu to delight all palates. The staff are amiable and not intrusive. Having dined here on several occasions, both with young children and without, we have greatly enjoyed all that the little sparrow has to offer. - OTOpenTable DinerAtlanta •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoHave been multiple times. Last night was for Valentine’s dinner. We had a table for two against a window—perfect, we had light and were away from the “energy” of the entrance and bar—and make no mistake, Rummi’s is energetic! There are a lot of people, a lot of movement, and with that comes volume. But that is part of Rummi’s. If you’re looking for a quiet, intimate spot, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a fun night with wonderful food and service, you’ve found it! Food/service? I’ve never had anything less than excellent food here (I gravitate to the sea bass and a date milkshake for desert). Also, I’ve never had less than stellar service. Definitely a great spot for a fun night and wonderful food!More infoRumi's Kitchen - Colony SquarePrice: Expensive• Persian• Midtown•4.9

No crabmeat to be found. Just filler and breading. But everything else, every time we're there is excellent!More infoMurphy'sPrice: Moderate• American• Virginia Highland•4.8

The Best Places to Grab a Drink in Atlanta This Summer
Though you won’t catch a local calling this city “Hotlanta,” there’s a good reason it earned that nickname—and it’s not just because of the muggy weather. Atlanta is a hotbed of exciting bars, consisting of laidback dens and sceney haunts. From lounges with award-winning cocktail programs and wine lists to taprooms with beers brewed on the premises, here are some of the bars most beloved by Atlantans.
Discover Grant Park
Just outside of the city sits Grant Park, one of the most important historic districts in Atlanta. Visit the oldest city park in Atlanta, Grant Park, named after Georgia Railroad civil engineer, Lemuel P. (LP) Grant. After a day in the park, explore the neighborhood's restaurants. The area is famous for delicious Mediterranean food. If you prefer something from the Far East, then try their authentic Vietnamese, Korean, and Asian restaurants. They even offer a great selection of vegetarian and vegan establishments. Of course, classic American fare is widely available, and don't miss out on Southern favorites like fried chicken and peach cobbler.
