Discover Westmont
Westmont is the downtown area of Haddon Township, New Jersey. Settled by the Irish in the 17th century, and just 10 minutes outside of Philadelphia, its food scene is heavily influenced by the past and the present. Its Irish roots are still apparent in the presence of several popular brewpubs. Current residents of Westmont clearly have a taste for Italian, though, as the neighborhood boasts a slew of eateries both hearty and high-end. Popular Haddon Avenue, home to a hot dining scene in neighboring Collingswood, has also seen significant revitalization in Westmont with several large renovation and building projects completed and underway, sparking the creation of many new restaurants.
