Hidden in a Hilton and I expect as an independent store front it would be a tough reservation to get. Great, friendly service. The hotel lobby vibe takes a point or two away as do the Pittsburgh/Philadelphia prices for drinks but it’s well worth it. Our server was attentive and knowable and the perfect mix of being there at the right moments and not being intrusive. The only thing I would have changed is being sat close to a large party. I forgot to request not to be sat next to a large party. My advice would be always remembered to do that. They were having a great time and had good energy but at times they were so loud I felt like I was at a frat party. However, everything else was so great I didn't even mind that much.
