- JJenniferWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe came to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our anniversary. Loved the esthetic appropriately decorated for Christmas. Our server Merybeth was exceptional! She was welcoming very attentive, and anticipated our needs. Merybeth made our whole experience rate it 5 stars. Now the food, we ordered the Tomahawk steak with Zanahorias al carbon(roasted heirloom carrots) and papa al horno(wood-fired baked potato). The steak was cooked at medium temperature, juicy, tender and seasoned to perfection. The steak was infused with herbs flambé at our table side which made the experience exquisite! We also ordered the Queso fundido with beef and ceviche Amarillo which very delicious. Everything was beautifully plated! We will definitely be coming back!More infodLeñaPrice: Expensive• Latin American• Mount Vernon Square•4.6

There was a buffet and it looks amazing, but we were glad we went with the a la carte menu. The food was fresh and the servings were just enough! The biscuits and beignet were to die for soooo good. Our server informed us that everything there was farmed locally and they even made their own syrup which was delicious.More infoFounding Farmers & Distillers DC: ChinatownPrice: Moderate• American• Mount Vernon Square•4.4

Our reservation was technically outside of happy hour but the staff was extremely gracious in getting us seated right away. We enjoyed both of our drinks but the Mousse a la Peche was by far our favorite! Dumplings were great as well, already made our next reservation!! Amazing experience!More infoBar ChinoisPrice: Moderate• Chinese• Shaw•4.7
- NNancyNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe arrived at 5:15 and we’re quickly seated and served. The food was excellent and the service good until the restaurant got full. Then the service disappeared and we waited a half an hour or more for desserts. Went full you couldn’t pull your chair out without hitting somebody else. And the noise level was high. The food was phenomenal.More infoOttoman TavernaPrice: Moderate• Turkish• Mount Vernon Square•4.7
