- BBud and DonnaVirginia •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoOnce again we were not disappointed at Regions 117. We had a wonderful brunch and great service. We rated the noise level as "energetic" because the Sunday brunch there is very popular and usually full so more noise but it wasn't overpowering. Normally for lunch it is moderate. We have not been there for dinner and I expect the dinner service will be quieter. But the food and service will still be wonderful. We always look forward to dining at Regions 117.More infoRegion's 117Price: Moderate• American• Winchester•4.8

- JjimmyjWest Virginia •5 reviews5.0Dined on May 13, 2023Our server did an excellent job of getting our drinks and follow up with our dinner on a timely basis. We used open table and were seated right away. If I had any criticism it would be my lobster was way over cooked but the steak was perfect. Overall, we enjoyed a nice evening and totally recommend this restaurantMore infoRed Lobster - WinchesterPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Winchester•4.4

The dining options in this West Virginian town consist primarily of all-American fare found in cozy bars and bistros.
