- SSuzanneVirginia •98 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI had high expectations for Stella's based on all of the positive reviews over the years and Stella's totally lived up to the expectations and, in fact, exceeded expectations. Our server Hannah knew the menu quite well and was able to make on point recommendations to us about the food and the beverages. She did a great job describing all of the specials to us. The portions here are large so come hungry. You will get your money's worth!! The first page of the menu is meze which can be shared. I saw several people get the saganaki which looked delicious and provided a fun viewing since it comes out on fire. The next page is full of traditional Greek dishes. I had the salad on special as my appetizer - spinach, toasted pita, almonds, pomegranate arils and cheese. Delicious and huge - we could have shared it. My entree was the pastichio but over pasta. Also huge and yummy. Our dessert was the chocolate ouzo moussed. SO GOOD. I can't wait to return to Stella's.More infoStella's - RichmondPrice: Moderate• Greek• Richmond•4.9

- KKayWashington, D.C. Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoGracie was our server and she was amazing. My son, mother, and I went for a nice meal since my son had finished his first semester at UVA. We had the Friday porkchop special and my mom had the senior filet meal, We started with the BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer which my son said was the best shrimp dish he’d ever had. My son had the French onion soup and my mom and I shared a wedge. Everything was very flavorful. We had eaten at Perry’s a couple times previously and you can’t get a better porkchop. It’s got a caramelized “crust of deliciousness on the outside and even the lunch portion is huge. My mother loved her filet. Even the mashed potatoes were fluffy and creamy. For dessert, my son got the crunch tower and my mom and I split the D’Angelo table side flamed dessert. We really had an incredible meal. Gracie was lovely and was very patient with special requests. Thank you, Gracie!!! What a great personality—very endearing. Thank you, Perry’s!!More infoPerry's Steakhouse & Grille – Richmond - Short PumpPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Dumbarton•4.6
- KKevinVirginia •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThis place was bumping! Everything was exceptional…a little loud, but to be expected as busy as the place is. My only issue was my mussels were on the cool side… as though they were probably done before my wife’s meal & sat in the pick-up window for a few minutes before coming to the table. They were still delicious, just not hot. The service was perfect. Our table super nice. Staff was friendly & had a sense of urgency, yet calm. My wife will go back again & again!More infoCan Can BrasseriePrice: Moderate• French• Richmond•4.4
- VVirginiaLas Vegas •15 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI have been many times with girlfriends for lunch so this is the first time with my husband for lunch. We both had appetizers and then dessert which was plenty for us two seniors . The only complaint was the noise level…it was really high and since my husband wears hearing aids it was hard to take. Food was fantastic!More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Richmond, VAPrice: Moderate• American• Richmond•4.4

Ashland, Virginia is a living piece of American history. This scenic city also offers an abundance of memorable dining options. Not surprisingly, traditional American cuisine is the local favorite. Start your day with a farmer's special at a cozy diner. Hit a grill for a steak salad lunch. Why not finish your night at a seafood restaurant where your bass or crawfish are locally sourced? If you're craving a southern flavor profile, then the local barbecue is sufficiently southern with sides like hush puppies and collard greens. For an adopted American classic, try a brick oven pizzeria with elevated ingredients like figs and goat cheese.
