Now celebrating its 55th year, Nero's Grille continues to be one of north-Jersey's most popular dining scenes. I got the rudest confirmation msg telling me we had 90 minutes to dine & to be prepared to vacate the table immediately! And then we were asked by our lovely waiter for our DESSERT order when our DINNER was served? Maybe we’d be full?!

Had a great time at Nero! This place has been around for a long time. The vibe was cozy and comfortable. The food was really good—especially the pork chop and the fresh bread they served. It’s awesome to see a place that’s been around for so long still packed on a Friday night in Livingston. The staff was really friendly, and our server Eloy was awesome. He knew the menu inside and out and gave us some great recommendations—like the pork chop, clam pie, and swordfish, all of which were spot on. Also, the boss (or manager), Gina, came around to check in on everyone, that was very sweet too! Definitely recommend this place.

Always great. The best Maker’s Manhattan in the tri-state. The sheet of specials keeps it interesting, the hostess and servers keep it engaging.
