   Delicious sushi options! Service was wonderful … our waiter tailored our rolls exactly as we liked. The avocado torch appetizer was the bomb… will be returning for that! Even the plum cake dessert was good.

   Wasn’t really the wait staffs fault but it was over an hour to get 2 rolls and they were not busy. Every customer was complaining. Most just left. Every restaurant at cheeca lodge is terribly staffed. Shame because it’s a nice resort really should be addressed.

   Sushi chef not there so we could not order the Omakase dinner. Food was good. Service average.

   We didn’t think outdoors would be warm but the heat lamps were perfect!! Such a beautiful time with live music below. Our servers were attentive and food came out right away. Started with the spicy edamame and miso soup, then the rolls. I’ve had better sushi elsewhere but it was still good. The ambience, service and convenience of staying on the resort was totally worth it.
