The food is always very good here but they need new management! For the last 3 visits, we have been frustrated with the service. Very helpful waiters, but once you have ordered no more attention. With a $150-$200 bottle of wine, I do expect it to be poured in line with my meal courses! If the waiter is too busy, what happened to the sommelier?? Or put it next to the table and we will pour it ourselves! All our meals were very good, except my scallops were tepid! Ordinarily, I would have sent them back to increase their temperature but the waiter was not in sight and did not want to inconvenience our guest! We aborted on coffee and dessert we were so disenchanted. The overall client experience was lacking. Unlikely we will be returning.

Having dined often at 90 Acres, it's easy to understand why it is recognized as the standard for excellence in food, service and ambience. So it was especially disappointing to have a less than usual 5-star dining experience on Thanksgiving. While staff were gracious and welcoming and service was spot-on, our menu choices were inconsistent. Our appetizers were excellent and the halibut entree was superb. However, both roast turkey entrees were accompanied by uneven portions of dressing, which were dry, contained burnt bits and appeared to have been scraped from the bottom of the pan. Our three desserts were inconsistent, as well. The individual pecan tarts were served cold and neither the pie nor the crust could be cut with a fork. One remained uneaten and one was returned, as were two other similar desserts by diners at an adjacent table. The replacement dessert of a "warm" apple turnover was served room temperature. We will continue to patronize this "favorite" of ours and hope that our "holiday menu" experience was a "one-off".

Perhaps because it was Thanksgiving, the kitchen may have been overwhelmed. The turkey was dry and hard. The gravy had little flavor--as did the masked potatoes. The pecan pie was hard as a brick and, perhaps should have been served with either whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. The crust was not flakey at all. We have eaten here in the past and enjoyed it, but today was awful--especially for the price. Drinks at $18 each were very skimpy.

I have always really liked Ninety Acres. I have been several times with friends and made this my go-to restaurant for Thanksgiving for the 4th year in a row. This year the menu was really not up to the standard. I always felt the Turkey was Devine however this year it was more average. Also a huge miss was not putting any vegetable on the plate it was Turkey& gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes (warm would be generous) and tart cranberries (I was ok with that but my Mom was not really a fan). The desserts were disproportionately large and average. The service was excellent and I always enjoy the esthetic. I’ll give it one more chance for Thanksgiving but for the price point a green bean or carrot should be on the plate with Turkey.

This is always a treat and the ambiance and service did not disappoint. The starters were good but my pork was tough and had absolutely no flavor, and poorly plated. Maybe it was an off night but I definitely not recommend. the butternut squash side with popcorn was excellent.
