Why they're an Icon

Executive chef: Jennifer Chow

From the OpenTable editors: Come to legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Caesars Palace spot for the refined Japanese-inspired dishes that made the restaurant a global phenomenon. Dressed with lanterns and natural wooden accents, the elegant dining room sets the stage for a decadent meal of knockout sushi along with Nobu classics like miso black cod. For a full-on celebration, get the omakase menu, prepared tableside on teppanyaki grills.

This was by far the worst Nobu experience I’ve had. We were seated 25 minutes past our reservation time, and once we were finally at our table, we were repeatedly reminded—five times—that the kitchen was closing, making us feel rushed throughout the meal. It completely ruined the birthday dinner, and we didn’t even feel like having dessert. I’d definitely skip this location.

Great food. Had better service on the cab ride back to the hotel. Server turned a 5 star night into a 3 star night. This was booked as a birthday dinner for my girlfriend. Never again.

I been to NOBU before. 15 years ago. The resturant is not the same. It’s bland. The vibe and the ambiance. The extreme prices. I just think there is way better restaurants in Las Vegas on the strip you can get more for your buck!

Dining at Nobu in Caesar’s Palace was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with a warm welcome and attentive care throughout the meal. Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just indulging in an unforgettable meal, this spot is well worth the visit. Highly recommend!

Service is great and the food is delicious. It may be a bit pricey for some, but it's not an every day restaurant. They have a great selection of drinks for those who consume alcohol but are limited on softdrink options. The ambiance is laid back and if there is a dress code, it is nothing exaggerated. There were people in dresses, suits, and jeans with nice shirts. For my spouse and I, it was three hundred dollars, just to give an idea of what you're looking at, but it can be more or less depending on what you get and how much alcohol you consume. I would recommend this restaurant as we enjoyed the service, ambience, and above all, the food.
