   We had a great date night at Nobu. We tried a variety of dishes. We had yellowtail jalapeno, miso soup, the bluefin tuna special, and a variety of other items. The food was delicious and the service was great. We definitely recommend a visit. John and Anastasia.

   3rd visit to Nobu. Atmosphere is great and cocktails were excellent. Blue fin tuna was fresh.

   Francisco and David are absolute all stars! You know the food will be amazing at Nobu, but having educated and wonderful waitstaff makes the experience.

   Nobu is always a favorite. First time at the San Diego location and they did not disappoint. I brought my coworkers for a post conference dinner and had a great time. We told our server what we liked/didn’t like and he chose all of the best items to bring us. Everything was fresh and delicious. Crispy rice with tuna, yellowtail sashimi, the uni, and black miso cod were some of my favorites. We also had one of the waygu dishes where it came on a hot rock and that was phenomenal as well! Will definitely be back.

   Food was solid. But I spent about $900 there and the wait staff was constantly trying to pull our plates off our table. Towards the end, we essentially got kicked out and off the table so they can bring more customers in. Disappointing considering we spent close to 1k. We were only there for about an hour and a half.

   We had a great date night at Nobu. We had an assortment of menu items and they were all delicious. The menu offers so much variety and we have our favorites, but also like to add an item or two that we have not previously tried. As always the service was exceptional. All of the staff are great.

    I’ve been to other Nobu’s and this time it was quite average at best. The miso cod continues to be a near perfect dish but the other dishes like the rock shrimp were very mediocre. It was served on what looked like a bagged chopped salad with way too much vinegar. The warm mushroom salad looked great but same thing, overkill on the acid. For the price there are way better dinning choices.
