We were a table of 4, food was really good, had a couple of drinks, 2 shared apps. Bill was $360 for 4. Not to bad. Not big meals but good meals. My 2nd time there. I wish they had risotto. Id go more if they had that. Valet parking only. $10 to park then you need to tip them as well. No biggie. So go try it out. For sure you need to make reservations or your going to wait along time.

I returned to this location because of the great experience I had a few years back. However, after this last meal, I won't be going back to this restaurant. The food took so long to arrive, almost 50 mins after arrival. My children were starving at this point. Once the food came, my pasta noodles were stuck together creating large lumps of cooked dough. Not the kind of Italian food we were looking forward to for my child's birthday. While the food was subpar, the service was accommodating, moving us to another table when we realized the door nearby would need to stay open on that chilly night and serving complimentary cake for the bday girl.

We have dined there many times, but yesterday Sunday was an utter disappointment. I had the Bolognese and it was outstanding. However, my wife ordered the tortellini. After she ordered it, the server up sold her on a side of grilled chicken which she excepted. After I had my meal for about five minutes her tortellini finally came and it was room temperature at best. We then had to ask for the chicken that they had up sold us on, after 10 minutes. It never came. I finally flagged down the manager and told him that this was just a total fail on their part. They were very gracious and removed it from our check, however, my wife has informed me that we are never going back. The crazy part is the lady that was taking our order and did the upsell was one of the trainers as well. I know mistakes happen, but they should not have happened .

Have been there multiple times and the food and experience continues to be consistently good. Went for brunch menu. Omelette ( a repeat order) was excellent as always. Spicy meatball pizza was great. Friendly service. Recommend getting a seat on the patio.

Definitely not real Italian food. The calamari was awful. My husband had the chicken parm which he said was OK but they served it cream sauce rigatoni! I told him that was probably a good thing cause the red sauce that came with the calamari was sour. The place is nice and our server was nice so I guess some good things but if you’re coming for food consider somewhere else.

Great option for late dining! The pizza, pasta and salad offerings were all delicious. Our server Xavier was fantastic as always. Another enjoyable North Italia dining experience for our family!

Every time we come to this restaurant, we are never disappointed. The food and service are always excellent. We try to work our way through the menu but it is too hard because we always love what we had the previous visit. Already planning a return trip.

What HAPPENED to this place? We went to North Italia specifically for the delicious gluten free options absolutely needed by my adult daughter for her birthday celebration. First, the young hostess in the front could not communicate correctly about our reservation and after three texts and a phone call in error, we were seated. We ordered an appetizer, EMPHASIZING the option of gluten free bread on the side…..what was delivered was gf on the main plate, and non-gf on the side! My daughter realized this after eating half of the portion (trusting in the wait staff) and stopped. When our different pasta bowls were delivered, 1 out of 5 was completely wrong. The waitstaff was made aware of the gf error, different “management” staff dropped by our table to check on us but we were not convinced that any of them actually knew what “gluten-free” means or the serious after affects of a few bites of gluten to a person with Celiac disease. Was it a language issue on our particular night? Clearly management is doing a poor job at this particular location.
