Our server was very busy and we waited pretty long for our food. The tables were placed super close to each other so it felt like we were sitting with the random couple next to us. Other than that, the food was great!

                                                                                                                                                                            Decided to go for restaurant week. The appetizers, course 1 were large portions and good, the desert (course 3)was again large portions and very good. The main courses were good size portions and I would say average in flavor. The ambiance is nice, fun and open with that comes more noise due to the high ceilings and unfinished harder surfaces. I would go again knowing the food isn't the best Italian in KC.

                                                                                                                                                                            Wonderful place and beautiful new addition they have added on makes the bar outstanding. Food is always awesome! Service was impeccable! Only suggestions are that if you have specials menu and multiple people at a table that you have plenty of menus so that we are not having 1 around and wait? Also, the restaurant week special was very nice, but the constant upcharge of items ( sides, zucca chips, dessert) was a little disappointing-in very fine print so beware! Parking is also challenging so leave time for that. Very nice that they do separate checks for our large group. They were very efficient!

The place was very busy for lunch and had a great atmosphere. The portions were generous, the waitress was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious!

The drinks and starters came out pretty fast but dinner took a long time to come out. The server said it was because of Restaurant Week. I was able to bring in my birthday cake. When the server brought it out she put lit candles on it. Afterwards she wrapped it up for. The server Keri S was amazing. Despite the long wait for dinner the experience was great. Will definitely return. Just will avoid going during Restaurant Week.

Went for Restaurant Week. They were out of three different items the two of us ordered (an appetizer, an entrée and a desert). We weren't notified of each until after we made selections and had our hearts set on each one. While disappointing, we understand that running out of items happens during busy times...but three different items is a bit surprising, especially without advance notice. Worst of all, we saw two of the deserts we chose, and that the waiter recommended as the best desert, delivered to two people at another table AFTER we were told they were out of that desert and AFTER we had been serviced our substitute. The substitute desert we settled for was not great, further putting a damper on the evening. Otherwise, the Vodka Pasta and the Salmon were good but not noteworthy. We did really enjoy the "Cacio e Pepe Arancini" appetizer though. North is usually pretty consistent - also been to the one in Scottsdale, but this time was a disappointment.
