our waiter was lovely the kitchen did not get our order right and it was ridicously slow. i think our order was forgotten anyway - couldn't judge food because it was cold after a lengthy delay.

New Year’s Eve dinner, prix fixe. The place was packed. However, our party of three was seated within 5 minutes of checking in for our reservation. Throughout the night the staff was very attentive despite how busy they were. They were obviously well prepared and had a good system that was managed and executed well. We tried two of the three featured cocktails. One was mediocre and the other was above average. The first course: Poached pears were very nice, meatballs were fantastic, crab and lobster bruschetta was a bit of a miss - other than watermelon radish garnish, it was missing something acidic like tomatoes or even onion. Main course: braised short rib was amazing. Scallops were also above average. The chicken parmesan was very dry and over cooked. Desert: Citrus and olive oil cake was nice and not too sweet. The panettone butter cake was the best of the three. The bundino wasn’t well liked as it was overly bitter and the wedding cookie had a slightly burnt bottom. Don’t mistake the critique for complaint. The overall dinner was wonderful. The restaurant managed a full house and yet we never felt like we were in a swirl of chaos. The food had more high points than low. We will return and would recommend.

We celebrated New Year’s Eve and got the fixed price menu. The food was good (appetizers were awesome, main course not quite to usual standards) and the service was slow. We waited at least 30 minutes for our desert. Not sure we’d do it again.

We had a group of 5 for New Year’s Eve 12/31/24. This was a preset 3 course menu with plenty of appetizer options, main entree items and 3 dessert options all for $70. The food was fantastic and I was fortunate to be able to share. I had the shrimp appetizer which was delicious. The shrimp were big and tasty with fantastic cocktail sauce. I ordered the lobster special which was a small lobster tail served with pasta. Dessert was the citrus olive oil cake and everything was large portions and delicious. I love the ambiance and it was busy but not too loud. Our server was friendly and attentive. He explained all the menu items and made recommendations when asked. My only concern was that the waiter made a strong recommendation for an expensive wine which we ordered. He then returned and let us know it was not available. He then proceeded to recommend a different bottle of wine which was 40% more expensive than the 1st bottle. While we enjoyed the wine, he did come on strong with the upsell. Despite this one concern, we had a wonderful time and loved our evening. I will be back again soon.

They have a range of gluten free options. The cocktails are average. But the wines are good. Our server was friendly but rushing. Sometimes felt like she was annoyed. Being an Italian restaurant, I hope the nosie is a little bit less, so that we can have a nice conversation without yelling

Salad with Gorgonzola was excellent. Some main meals very good, others good, but not fantastic. The restaurant is quite noisy which made conversation difficult. The time to get the food was very long but luckily we weren't in a rush. The cappuccino was a bust, it was basically watery American style coffee with some foam on the top. Still with these caveats, I'd give the restaurant a try.
