Nuvolari’s is a warm and inviting Italian restaurant, nestled on the Northshore of New Orleans in Old Mandeville. For over 40 years, loyal customers have enjoyed Italian food, friendship and celebrations around our tables. Nuvolari’s menu features traditional Italian fare alongside creative fresh dishes. Dining options include intimate indoor seating with a relaxed exterior patio. We offer Happy Hour in the bar and patio Thursday from 4:00-6:00. We also serve Lunch on Friday from 11:00-2:00. Our wine list is appreciated by both connoisseurs and newcomers, with a diverse selection by the glass and bottle.

We had a fabulous meal of Bronzino with lump crabmeat with an Almandine Sauce ! It was perfection …..complimented by their delicious warm Italian bread and a Caesar , and Amaretto Bread Pudding. What a treat . The service was excellently too . Would highly recommend this restaurant to all .

Throughly enjoyed the Gruyère stuffed bow tie pasta with short rib and French onion broth. Nice wine list as well.

Nuvolari's has been a Mandeville staple for years and is always a favorite. I had the Osso Bucco and it was quite disappointing. It did not fall of of the bone, nor have any dicernible flavor. I had to use my knife, which is unheard of for Osso Bucco. I won't be ordering this dish again. Service was quite slow for a Thursday evening, but Jack was attentive. Cocktails were good, and the others in my party enjoyed their food.

Everything was wonderful as usual. However, I was disappointed that my husband and I were seated in between 2 noisy big tables when quieter tables were available.

Excellent food and service. My wife and I had not been there in years. This was our Valentines meal and we loved it
