Tonight was nothing short of an amazing evening! My husband and I purchased the two dine for $145 deal. It was perfect! We both had plenty to eat with leftovers. The best part of our experience was having Keviah as our server🫶🏽 She was absolutely magnificent. From the time we walked in to the time we left, our experience was top tier. We will certainly be back again!

We had the best experience last night with Keviah. She was extremely nice and attentive, and took excellent care of us. She was also extremely sweet to our daughter. We were very impressed and hope to have her every time we have dinner at Ocean Prime.

From the beginning all the way to the end, the service was great. The hostess, Kelly, greeted us by wishing us a Happy Anniversary, and taking our picture for us. The ambience was perfect and the food delicious. Our waitstaff were attentive and proficient.

Our server was Leia and she was fabulous! She had a great personality and understands customer service. The food is always delicious and consistent. We love Ocean Prime! It was our choice to celebrate my husband's birthday!

Food was spectacular and they were very sweet to us on our anniversary. However, for some inexplicable reason, the food took forever to come out at each step of the dining experience.

My husband asked for a delicious steak dinner from Outback Steakhouse for his birthday . I said noooo not outback, we can do a lot better than that!! I booked Ocean Prime in Dallas to celebrate his birthday with a nice steak dinner..Our experience at Ocean prime was poor and disappointing.. The service overall was poor. Our waiter lacked customer service skills. Our food took over an hour after receiving our appetizer. The calamari was tasty though. I asked another waiter to please check on our food cause as I previously stated our waiter lacked customer service skills. Once we got our dinner, the steaks both lack basic salt and pepper and seasoning. The steaks had a terrible burnt taste to them as well. The cream spinach was very good. The smoked Gouda tater tots were lacking something. The sauce that they served on the side of the tots didn’t taste quite right with the tots. For my husband birthday, they offered free dessert but we declined because after 2 1/2 hours we were ready to leave. Overall, very disappointing night and definitely will not be returning to Ocean Prime.
