    My first waiter took our order then disappeared, never to be seen again. I assumed he had been reassigned. Our second waiter, 30 minutes later, was perfection! Then my crabcake arrived very cold. The assistant manager agreed ( we both touched it) so he removed it and within 2-3 minutes brought a delicious hot one from the kitchen. The DR manager stopped to check in as well as the manager. It was quite crowded, even for a Saturday night, but the individuals who oversee the restaurant made the necessary adjustments to please us. In the end, after 2 hours, we did enjoy a wonderful dinner thanks to several interactions by the management staff. We will return!

    We had a wonderful time, the restaurant was packed as you’d expect in December. With that said I thought it would take 15-20 minutes to get a cocktail, and it wasn’t six to seven minutes later. It was nice seeing the management team supporting the servers and giving guidance to servers and running food themselves. The new GM is building a TEAM. Our waiter was Dupree and he is personable, professional, and witty, great guy!

    Fantastic experience as always! Family dinner below our annual Christmas concert and it never disappoints. Blake took great care of our crew and even did some special things for the little kiddos! Can’t recommend Ocean Prime enough. And if they have a halibut special….always get it!!

    We arrived before our reservation and sat in the bar. Rachel was a knowledgeable and helpful waitress for suggestions. We received a free birthday desert. i will definitely go back!

    We enjoyed a house salad, a filet, salmon, mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. The salad was light and fresh, filet was buttery and melted in your mouth. Generally not a fan of asian-inspired salmon, this was the first time I ordered it. The salmon was one of the best I have ever had - the flavor and texture were exquisite. And the sides were perfect. We look forward to our next evening at Ocean Prime.
