   I feel like I was scammed. I asked about bottled water and was told they have EVO. I said I’ve never heard of it. I asked how big the bottle was. The waitress said we don’t allow people to drink out of the bottles. One I thought that was suspicious. She said they open and pour in the back. I said I’ll pour my own. I went to open it and it was open, the bottle looked used and it said sparkling instead of still, yet still was in there. I questioned the waitress and then she said oh we bottle it here. I said you mean you fill bottles up and sell it as bottled water? Yes, it’s a fancy filtration system. I’m thinking this can’t be legal to sell people used water bottles filled with basically tap water and say it’s bottled. Oh the kicker was it was $9.75 for filtered tap water.

   I love Ocean prime we visit weekly. This time my snapper was very thin and overdone. I was kind of upset because I encouraged my husband to order it too, and he was not wowed. Usually, it’s a thicker piece of fish and it’s done perfectly. We also had to pay for a bread basket, which was fine, but the bread served was not the same and the portion was way less. We also ordered two sushi rolls and they were great.

   Our waiter Richard was awesome, if you go ask for him. The fact they have Dutch Harbor Alaskan Crab legs makes for a consistently delicious appetizer. The South African lobster tail was perfect. Wine list is solid and there are good options but not next level. The only negative … stop charging for bread service and getting rid of sourdough for ‘lavash’ was a definite mistake.

   A very nice evening. Very good servers. Amazing food. food was brought out in time. Was very accommodating about being a little late for reservations. They did a really good job about celebrating a birthday. It was an amazing and special  experience

   Matthew served us today. We had an enjoyable lunch in the glass, corner room —- very quiet so we could have a great chat conversation. Matthew is very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Ask for Matthew when you book your next reservation.

    We received top-notch service from the servers who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food was good. Even though we made reservations ahead of time, we were placed in a separate room with a tight atmosphere. The table nearby complained about the food and demanded the attention of the head server and manager. The situation continued for an extended period, making our experience less enjoyable. We will consider going back, but we will make sure they do not seat us in that separate room.
