    We had an amazing brunch for my Uncle’s birthday. Stephen was our waiter that made our brunch amazing with his attentiveness and food recommendation. My wife had the crab cake with roasted potatoes. I had the steak, eggs and roasted potatoes, my Uncle had the corned beef hash. The food was absolutely delicious and a beautiful presentation. We highly recommend Old Ebbitt Grill 😃

    I am really glad I chose this iconic DC institution for my 40th birthday. It is historic, elegant while still relaxing, and I love the celebration of heritage. The waiter was great and the food was delicious. This is now one of my favorite DC restaurants. Absolutely recommend!

    Great service. Unfortunately the menu is lacking. Was hoping for a great dinner but ended up getting a sandwich. To be honest that’s partially our fault for not looking at the menu before hand but just want people to know that. The stracciatella was absolutely amazing.

    I have never had such a terrible lunch at OEG. Has been a favorite of mine for years but our service at lunch was absolutely horrendous. How we ever got to ordered is beyond me consider how worthless our waitress was. I may never return.

    Our waiter made our experience memorable. From the jump he was attentive, knowledgeable, and exceedingly gracious. I wish I could remember his name but I can’t. It was clear that he had extensive knowledge of the restaurant and its history. The food was superb. Again, the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend.
