   We had dinner last night, and I was rather dissatisfied. primarily because of the service. I was very looking forward to treating my colleagues to a department Christmas dinner, but nobody seemed to like it. We had reservations for 6 p.m. sit-down time, but it wasn't until almost 8:00 p.m. that we were served dinner. They have a backlog in the kitchen, so that was the reason for the delay the waitress added, IDK paying $50 a person + this shouldn't be the excuse We ran out of beverages, and I had to go look for the waitress three times since she never returned! We didn't even order dessert or coffee. When I eventually had enough and went to look for her again, another waiter assisted me; I simply asked for the bill. There were no condiments on the table- she served the food and ran off again! When I eventually had enough, I went to look for her again, and another waiter assisted me. I simply asked for the bill, and we paid almost $750 for parking for seven people. I will never go back here again. What a letdown! Wish we would have had him as our server It's imperative that you take action regarding your employees' meal wait times. What a humiliation. Prior to that, I had a Capuchino at the Mill bar, which took twenty minutes. I do not recommend this restaurant

   I was at the Old Mill restaurant several years ago and I was very much impressed by the elegance and the pleasure I had. For me, Old Mill was an embematic place. However, I am sad to say that I was very disappointed about the lunch we had. I was surprised by how the dinning rooms were set up..it was too crowded and lights were too dim, especially in the main dining room. It gives the impression that everything had been set up in a hurry. Although it was for lunch, I found that the Old Mill has lost its elegance and charm it had. We were in a large room with manywiindows and some clients had to put on their overcoat during their lunch! As for the meal, the brocoli soup was not warm enough although the main dish was delicious (seafood pasta). The service could be much better if there were a couple more servers. All this was probably due to the Christmas parties taking place. I hope the Old Mill will regain its glory some day.

   Our family of nine recently enjoyed a delightful Sunday buffet dinner at the Old Mill, and it was a fantastic experience! The buffet offered an impressive variety of fresh and delicious food, catering to all tastes. From savory carved meats to flavorful seafood, salads, and desserts, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Everyone in our group found something they loved, and the quality was consistently excellent. The ambiance of the Old Mill added to the experience. The warm, rustic charm, combined with elegant decor and soothing lighting, created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. It was the perfect setting for a family gathering. The service was equally commendable. The staff was attentive, courteous, and efficient, ensuring our large group was well taken care of throughout the evening. Plates were cleared promptly, and any requests we had were met with a smile. Overall, the Old Mill’s Sunday buffet dinner was an excellent experience though a bit pricey. It’s a wonderful place for families to come together and enjoy great food in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!

   Beautiful buffet meal offering a great variety of hot, cold and dessert items. Can't beat the lovely environment and impeccable service. Very good value and highly recommend.
