Just 15 miles from uptown Charlotte and 7 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Old Stone Steakhouse is located in historic downtown Belmont in the beautifully restored Belmont Police Department building. We offer upscale steak and seafood with casual prices and a warm ambience during the evening and a laid back and approachable lunch menu during the day.

You will also find a full bar with an extensive wine, beer and liquor menu. If looking to dine al fresco, we have a large patio overlooking Main Street and Stowe park.

    We had an awesome dinner at Old Stone tonight! I had the Filet and hubby had the Ribeye, both were cooked to perfection!!🤌 Food, service and vibe were all excellent!

    Normally, I have a great experience dining at Old Stone and am there usually a couple times a month. Food and service are usually excellent. However, today I ordered a Cesar salad with salmon. I specifically stated I did not want the salmon fully cooked, medium and no more than medium. It came out way overcooked and extremely dry. I immediately sent back. And unfortunately the next piece was almost as overcooked. I ate maybe an ounce of a 4 ounce piece and then put to the side to be picked up. I was charged the $10 add charge to the salad. Which I considered inappropriate considering we had a bill consisting of 2 appetizers, a bottle of wine, steak, hamburger, kid’s meal and dessert for lunch and left a 20% tip for the server, Carter was excellent.     Our service was excellent. Steaks were prepared as requested and awesome. Great value. Salads were great, particularly the Blue Cheese Wedge! Corkage fee is only $10 which is awesome if you want to bring your own wine.

    Food and service was excellent. Servers were very pleasant, happy and prompt. We ate early, before the noise level increased due to more customers.

    Old Stone never disappoints! Great food and service!! We always make reservations as this is a popular place for the reasons I've mentioned.

    The food we choose was prime rib and filet migon ! Both were cooked perfectly and taste was very tasty! Wait staff was very professional and service was fast ! We were very pleased again with old stone they never disappoint!
