The site of the Old Tea Warehouse is surrounded by religious history and can be traced back as far as 1592, where the Creechurch Monastery once stood. Indeed it is said that upon renovation of the site, old bones were found (where the staff loos are now!) and the original East India Co Tea Warehouse was believed to be built on a graveyard so you never know who you may bump into in our basement lounge...

Unique for a City pub we have a private patio tucked away for time out of the office and a cool basement complete with three electronic dartboards.

We went there for the second time and Old Tea Warehouse doesn't disappoint. Definitively we will be back.

Reservation didn’t work, tables were open. Service was at the bar and slow. Overall poor. Not what I was expecting.

Great pub hidden away from main street serving good Guinness and chicken club sandwich was tasty.Me and my client really enjoyed there.

At first we were over charged for our meals, then a sandwich and a salad took 35 mins to arrive even though no one else was eating. The meal was mediocre at best and luke warm. The whole space was jam packed with city suits and the noise level was high, though that’s the not the fault of the pub. The service was polite enough, but I wouldn’t go back or recommend it

Booked table at short notice for 3. Service was excellent, the guys at the bar were very pleasant. Great fish finger sandwich !

In for a meeting and to be honest we were messing about with people coming and going. Food was good, but the service was stand out - chap genuinely helpful and flexible throughout. Thank you !

We decided to eat here as we were staying nearby and wanted to see the place again after our first visit 12 years ago. We had our children with us this time. It was very busy with local workers on their lunch break so noisy and bustling but we didn’t mind. The food was delicious as was the pint of Guinness!
