ONE53 is a ninety-nine seat cozy neighborhood restaurant & bar serving New American / Euro Bistro cuisine in a relaxed setting. We combine local hospitality with traditional & contemporary dishes.

Our menu features seasonally changing specials using only the best and freshest seasonal ingredients.

ONE53 features wines from the U.S. and Europe along with a full bar that offers a variety of traditional and specialty hand-crafted cocktails. We're located in Rocky Hill, just minutes from Princeton, NJ.

We’ve been going to this restaurant for years and it is our go-to place for every special occasion and celebration. Their food has always been consistently delicious and we love the friendly staff and atmosphere. Valet parking is an added plus. Venture a little bit away from downtown Princeton and you’ll find a gem of a restaurant.

I have to be honest the cheeseburger was not as good as in the past. It seemed a little skimpy no onions or anything. Very small portion of greens. Fries excellent as always. My friend ordered the flounder and left easily 75% of her dinner. Coffee delicious as always. Staff wonderful as ever.
