Our reservation was 6pm and they give us table 6:35, we were waiting a long and they don’t have any seat to wait. The manager gave us attention and she was very friendly. The food is great and the ambiance is good.

The ambiance was good, but it could have been great for New Year's Eve. We initially had to wait a bit between courses and for our waiter, and it was not crowded. A manager on duty talked to the two tables in front of us, and the one next to us, but she skipped us and never came over to ask how anything was. Of course, we are African American and the other diners were Caucasian. All in all, the food was delightful. The temperature of the seafood boullanaise should have been hotter, the Creme Brulee' could have been sweeter, and the puff pastry portion of the apple strudel could have been less soggy, but that's just my opinion. Overall, it was a very memorable experience and our waiter was a true gem. I would recommend this experience to others when visiting New York.

We visited for NYE. Overall the experience was fantastic. The food and the view of NY was amazing! The only down side is the fact it is by the cafe and you can hear all the noise of people walking around downstairs. If it felt more exclusive it would be a 10/10 experience! Would 100% recommend though!

The view was amazing. Of course, the service was good, the food took a little longer than we expected. Our waiter was very friendly and professional, the manager was nice. Took a picture for us made the moment even more memorable. If you haven’t gone you have to check it out.

We had to wait over an hour for our main course while tables sat after us received their meals. When we received it, some of it was cold.

Pit stop obbligatorio post visita del One World Center!Dopo una settimana nella City posso affermare che sia stato uno dei migliori pranzi qui a New York, se volete godervi la vista di Manhattan e dell’ottimo cibo siete nel posto giusto! DA PROVARE!!!

Unfortunately the clouds came in on our visit and we weren't able to see anything during the dining experience. Also, the menu had completely changed since I was here just a few months ago as well. Things change, it is what it is. I guess the servers were expecting it to be a slow night due to the weather and weren't paying much attention to us. We waited a while for our waitress when finishing up and finally another man wound up coming over and helped us. This was my third visit and not anything like I've had when compared to the previous two times. We would have rescheduled had it not been my in-laws first trip to the tower and we had to fly back the following day. For the money I paid for 4 people, the experience was lacking this go round. Even though it was a different menu, the food was still good. I wouldn't say it was great like my previous visits, but yes it was good. For some reason we couldn't choose our sides like in my previous visits. Everything was paired together and if I wanted a specific side I was going to be charged for it. What? All of that said, dessert was the best part. Hostess at the front was the most friendly person we interacted with at the restaurant. She was awesome.
